Program Manager, Global Workplace Strategy (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Burnaby, British Columbia office, Canada

Base salary: $82,400–$121,440 CAD annually, plus corporate bonus potential

What you will do

• Assess global workplace processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale operations.
• Build operating rhythms, intake models, prioritization methods, governance routines, and documentation standards.
• Lead process improvements across project coordination, vendors, communications, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Research, pilot, and implement AI tools, agents, automation, and workflow systems for workplace operations.
• Support global workplace strategy and coordinate programs from planning through implementation, including risks, dependencies, communications, and follow-through.
• Define program KPIs, adoption measures, dashboards, and executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project or program management, business operations, workplace operations, facilities, employee experience, or a related field.
• Experience improving facilities workflows, building operating mechanisms, and driving adoption of new processes or systems.
• Experience evaluating or implementing digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, risk management, analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work across regions, time zones, and functional teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, hospitality, workplace, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with global workplace, facilities, real estate, employee events, or people and places programs.
• Familiarity with AI governance, change management, and process design.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
