Account Executive (Canadian Market)

What you will do

• Own strategy, planning, execution, and results across the customer lifecycle for public sector and healthcare accounts.
• Build relationships with government and healthcare institutions and support Canva deployments across multiple departments.
• Partner with Customer Success to drive user growth, retention, engagement, and customer transformation.
• Analyze user trends and usage patterns to inform product and marketing plans.
• Test and iterate lifecycle strategies while building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive with a record of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth.
• Professional experience selling into or managing the Canadian market, including Canadian or cross-border US/Canada territories.
• Experience implementing new technologies across government or healthcare institutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, business planning, and project implementation skills.
• Commercial mindset, ownership, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
