Solutions Architect - Airline Systems

What you will do

• Define and govern solution architectures supporting airline operations and transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable solutions across Flight Operations, Technical, Training, and Network Operations.
• Architect integrations between operational systems, enterprise platforms, and third-party solutions using APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
• Enable real-time operational visibility and automation through event-driven architecture, monitoring, analytics, and workflow capabilities.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical assurance to product, delivery, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Manage architecture risks, technical debt, dependencies, standards, and reusable architecture artefacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Solution, Application, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience designing technology solutions for airline operations and understanding related operational processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, application integration, cloud platforms, data platforms, streaming technologies, and AI capabilities, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, APIs, low-code platforms, and cloud technologies for prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Experience with TOGAF, Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments, stakeholder management, and communicating complex technical concepts as business outcomes.
