Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead consultative discovery with customers and prospects to define technical challenges and business opportunities.
• Map customer needs to hirify.global solutions and communicate differentiated business value.
• Deliver technical workshops, product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions for developers, architects, managers, and executives.
• Work with sales teams on account strategy and identify opportunities in new and existing accounts.
• Manage customer proofs of concept and pilots, including acceptance criteria, issue escalation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, provide field feedback, and create technical collateral such as deployment architectures and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer-facing, or consulting roles.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or related industries.
• Experience with NoSQL databases or other distributed, high-performance systems.
• Programming experience with one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, C, or SQL.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and database solution design, including data modeling, indexes, and query optimization.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
