TL;DR

Director - Solution Engineering (AI): Enabling partners to position, architect, and deliver Inception’s AI portfolio through reusable demo environments, certification programs, and technical guidance with an accent on enterprise AI architectures, cloud platforms, and scalable partner enablement. Focus on designing reference architectures, supporting complex customer pursuits, standardizing solution engineering processes, and translating partner feedback into product strategy.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; hybrid work policy

What you will do

Lead technical activation and enablement for system integrators, resellers, consulting partners, and technology alliances.
Develop technical onboarding, solution deep-dives, product training, and partner certification programs.
Build reusable demo environments, reference architectures, solution templates, and technical documentation.
Support partner-led customer engagements through workshops, RFx responses, architecture, cost estimation, and solution sizing.
Collaborate with product, applied science, engineering, commercial, partnerships, and alliances teams.
Standardize partner onboarding, architecture reviews, quality assurance, and solution engineering processes.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI or software solutions.
Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, SaaS solutions, enterprise integration, and cloud-native technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with Azure strongly preferred, as well as AI/ML services and enterprise integration architectures.
Strong presentation, communication, technical mentoring, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

Experience with partner enablement or partner ecosystems.
Technical knowledge of OpenAI and Microsoft Azure L300.
