Senior Manager - AI Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Flexible and remote working options are available subject to eligibility and job requirements.

What you will do

• Define and lead scalable AI solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and banking objectives.
• Architect LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, conversational AI solutions, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, cloud services, and vendors such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone.
• Coach technology leads and engineers on AI architecture, design patterns, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Translate stakeholder needs and product vision into applied architecture, requirements, and delivered technology solutions.
• Establish architectural governance, improve platform performance and scalability, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in technology architecture, including at least 3 years in AI/ML solution design and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS, and serverless AI deployments.
• Experience with Azure or AWS, agile and scaled agile delivery, and translating AI frameworks into applied architecture.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and responsible AI governance skills.

Nice to have

• AI/ML certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or TensorFlow Developer.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with agentic systems, multimodal AI, or reinforcement learning from human feedback.
