Senior Manager - AI Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Define and lead scalable AI solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and banking objectives.
• Architect LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, conversational AI solutions, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and vendors, including LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone, while promoting reusable APIs, data products, and microservices.
• Coach technical leads and engineers on AI architecture principles, patterns, governance, and modern technology stack maturity.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, delivery leads, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements and solution designs.
• Prototype emerging AI capabilities, improve platform performance and scalability, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in technology architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and serverless AI deployments.
• Strong knowledge of agile and scaled agile delivery, stakeholder management, analytical communication, responsible AI, and governance.

Nice to have

• Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification.
• AI/ML certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or TensorFlow Developer.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
