Key Customers Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for key and strategic Nebius GPU Cloud customers.
• Design, deploy, troubleshoot, and scale AI/ML solutions involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
• Help customers optimize GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations.
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to product teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive alignment on customer challenges.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture, technical account management, customer engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python.
• Strong understanding of GPU computing, ML training and inference workloads, and GPU stacks such as CUDA or OpenCL.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ML tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Project management, technical team mentoring, and stakeholder negotiation experience.
