Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Fully remote for candidates based in LATAM; collaboration aligned with PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.

What you will do

• Develop and test REST APIs and integrations with HR and asset management software.
• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
• Build reusable frontend and backend code and libraries.
• Use AI tools and LLMs for code creation, review, and testing under senior developer guidance.
• Create and maintain test cases, identify coding issues, and resolve problems across the stack.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to refine requirements and solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in both frontend and backend web development.
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of CSS, SASS or SCSS, Tailwind, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and web development principles.
• Experience with cloud environments and interest in serverless functions such as Firebase Functions or AWS Lambda.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills and willingness to collaborate in an Agile or Scrum process.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitHub, Figma, and Miro.
• Interest in learning and applying AI tools and LLMs for coding and testing.
