Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Aachen or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack features for Black Net, the internal platform supporting time tracking, absence management, reimbursements, procurement, and related workflows.
• Develop across Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and REST APIs.
• Set up, configure, and maintain AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Integrate AI coding agents and automation into development workflows.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to turn requirements and user stories into working software.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, team practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework; Angular is used, while strong React or Vue experience is also considered.
• Backend development experience with Node.js and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with a document or relational database; MongoDB is used in the platform.
• Daily practical experience with at least one AI coding assistant, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium.
• Ability to explain AI tooling clearly and work independently in a small team.

Nice to have

• Experience building B2B, enterprise, internal tooling, ERP, HR, or system-integration applications.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic AI frameworks, or background job orchestration.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
