Senior Fullstack Developer (AI & Data Platform)

What you will do

• Develop backend automation that integrates metadata sources and generates governed artifacts such as data contracts.
• Design and build agent-enabled applications, workflows, MCP servers, and AI-powered tools.
• Build user-facing interfaces for platform and data-discovery workflows.
• Deliver production-quality services with robust API design, testing, CI/CD, and microservices practices.
• Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, scalability, security, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 6+ years of software engineering experience focused on fullstack development.
• Strong Python skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous services, Pydantic, JSON Schema, and API design.
• Proficiency with React, Vue.js, TypeScript, ES6, RESTful APIs, microservices, testing, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools, LLM and agent frameworks, Graph RAG, MCP, Neo4j, and Supabase.
• Experience with cloud computing and serverless architecture, preferably AWS, plus Docker, PostgreSQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Understanding of data engineering, data governance, catalogue tooling, agile methods, and solution-focused consulting.

Nice to have

• Experience building MCP servers in addition to consuming them.
• Familiarity with data-contract standards and catalogue platforms such as Collibra, Unity Catalogue, or Horizon.
• Experience in regulated or life-sciences environments and existing Life Sciences industry connections.
