TL;DR
Principal AI Engineer (AdTech): Designing and building production-grade agentic AI systems for global advertising technology clients with an accent on multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and enterprise cloud integration. Focus on architecting routing and delegation logic, adapting LLMs, optimizing relevance and cost, and translating complex client requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Location: Latin America, Brazil, Europe, or Ukraine; flexible hybrid/remote work option.

What you will do
- Consult clients during presales, assess AI readiness and constraints, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, risk assessments, estimates, scalability considerations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Define AI use cases and agentic scenarios, selecting and justifying LLMs based on cost, latency, safety, and capability.
- Architect and implement single-agent and multi-agent systems with orchestrators, tools, memory, safety boundaries, and human-in-the-loop flows.
- Build orchestration logic including routing, delegation, retries, fallbacks, consensus, and feedback loops.
- Develop RAG pipelines and adapted models, including ingestion, embeddings, vector search, relevance optimization, prompt tuning, and LoRA fine-tuning.
Requirements
- Expert experience designing and building AI-powered systems in production.
- Strong knowledge of agentic frameworks, multi-agent collaboration, orchestrator/worker models, and RAG pipelines.
- Good knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript, API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Practical experience with multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, governance, security, data residency, observability, PII handling, and cost efficiency.
- Upper-Intermediate English and 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles.
Nice to have
- AdTech experience and experience integrating AI into legacy or enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization.
