What you will do

• Consult clients during presales to assess AI readiness and translate business visions into actionable technical requirements.
• Architect multi-agent frameworks using orchestrator agents and MCP-style protocols.
• Design and implement production-grade AI systems with defined roles, tool access, memory, and safety boundaries.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Create and refine custom models through prompt-tuning and LoRA fine-tuning.
• Prepare technical presales deliverables, including architecture diagrams, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles.
• Expertise in designing and building AI-powered systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, API design, and microservices.
• Practical knowledge of multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
