Software Engineering Manager (AI) - Brazil

What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of 4–8 software engineers.
• Guide technical execution and delivery from planning through release.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and technical leads to align engineering work with business priorities.
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and efficient development workflows.
• Run agile planning and delivery processes while keeping the team predictable and unblocked.
• Lead architectural improvements and technical debt resolution within the product area.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring software engineering teams.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable web or mobile applications.
• Strong technical foundation in full-stack development, modern frameworks, and software architecture.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency or output quality.
• Experience with project management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional delivery, plus strong communication skills.
