Senior Software Engineer (Java/C#)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Salary: $120,000–$144,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, debug, and maintain full-stack web applications throughout the application lifecycle.
• Lead code and design reviews, maintain development standards, and build reusable code and libraries.
• Develop API-first software with scalable, secure, and extensible integrations.
• Configure environments, monitor system health, optimize performance, and support production systems.
• Respond to on-call incidents, troubleshoot critical disruptions, and minimize customer downtime.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with developers, designers, system administrators, product teams, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related software development experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java or C# and proven full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React or Angular, HTML, CSS, cloud-native infrastructure, SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, and REST API best practices.
• Experience developing unit, UI automation, and integration tests, as well as monitoring and supporting production systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products in the technology or financial industries.
• Experience deploying applications on Amazon Web Services using Kubernetes.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry or Vue.
