Staff Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates within 50 miles of Overland Park, Kansas may participate in the in-office collaboration experience. Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead full-stack design, development, and architectural decisions using .NET, C#, Angular, GCP, Azure, and related technologies.
• Define and communicate scalable, maintainable architectural solutions with solution managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve complex, high-priority issues across development and production environments while maintaining software quality and reliability.
• Create technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
• Evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and AI tools to improve software performance, workflows, and decision-making.
• Ensure rigorous automated unit, integration, and other testing processes, including performance and security considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of related professional experience.
• Expertise in .NET, C#, Angular, GCP, Azure, cloud services integration, and deployment.
• Experience designing and managing SQL databases, scalable cloud architectures, cross-platform applications, and robust security measures.
• Experience implementing automated testing and using AI tools and platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
