Staff Software Engineer - .NET (AI)

Location: Remote, with the listed position based in Overland Park, Kansas. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead full-stack design, development, and architectural decisions for software solutions using .NET, C#, Angular, GCP, and Azure.
• Define and communicate architectural vision with solution managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve complex, high-priority issues across development and production environments while maintaining software quality and reliability.
• Create technical documentation for software solutions and infrastructure.
• Contribute to code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support the growth and effectiveness of other engineers.
• Evaluate technologies, AI capabilities, testing practices, and performance improvements to enhance development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of related professional experience.
• Expertise in .NET, C#, Angular, GCP, Azure, and related technologies.
• Experience integrating cloud services, deploying and managing solutions, and designing scalable, high-performance architectures.
• Experience designing and managing SQL databases and implementing automated unit, integration, and other software testing frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with security experts, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, and using AI tools and platforms.
