What you will do

• Join an 18-month rotational program across technology teams starting in August 2027.
• Build customer-facing web and mobile applications, highly available RESTful services, and Java-based backend systems.
• Work collaboratively on agile teams in a full-stack environment with cloud-native technologies.
• Use AWS, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, open-source tools, and AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Explore different roles, technologies, and engineering disciplines while solving complex customer and business problems.

Requirements

• Located in Mexico City or willing to relocate before August 2027.
• Intermediate to advanced English fluency; resumes must be submitted in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or another technical field.
• Degree completion expected by August 2027; the posting also specifies graduates completing studies between December 2024 and August 2026.
• Intermediate to advanced programming experience in one or more relevant technologies, such as Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, JavaScript, SQL, C#, C/C++, or Shell scripting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Technical internship, part-time technical role, STEM teaching assistant experience, or technical research experience.
• Experience using interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion.
