Lead Fullstack Developer (Laravel/Vue.js)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, development, release, and operation of modular e-commerce add-ons.
• Design scalable Laravel backends with advanced queues, events, integrations, and high-traffic database schemas.
• Oversee Vue.js 3 frontend integration within a SingleSpa micro-frontend architecture.
• Lead CI/CD, semantic versioning, Docker-based environments, and stable release processes.
• Maintain production reliability through AWS environments, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Serve as technical lead, mentor engineers, review code, and drive AI-assisted and agentic coding practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building, scaling, and operating complex fullstack web applications in production.
• Expert knowledge of PHP 8.x and Laravel, including middleware, queues, events, gates, and policies.
• Strong frontend experience with Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Advanced expertise in secure multi-tenant and distributed systems, database design, indexing, MySQL/RDS, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, semantic versioning, AWS infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, architectural decision-making, and hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with Pinia, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• A practical understanding of where AI and agentic coding tools improve productivity and code quality.
