Senior Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from problem discovery and system design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Make pragmatic architecture and system design decisions while balancing delivery speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design software with production operation in mind, including deployment, scaling, observability, and failure handling.
• Work autonomously to identify opportunities, define solutions, set priorities, and deliver customer value.
• Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering colleagues to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions and continuously improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong fullstack and/or backend background.
• Strong system design skills, including reasoning about trade-offs, boundaries, and scale.
• Experience with infrastructure, deployment, observability, and production operations.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and modern AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously across backend, frontend, cloud, and tooling, and to become productive in different programming languages.
• Strong ownership, delivery focus, and clear written and verbal communication in English.
