TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Backend Engineer (AI) (Symfony/React): Building secure, scalable healthcare practice-management features with an accent on backend architecture, sensitive-data security, and full-stack delivery. Focus on applying Domain-Driven Design, optimizing MySQL systems, automating testing and CI/CD, and using AI/LLMs to support complex workflows.
Location: Remote within the European Union; no relocation support. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 with a one-hour lunch break.
Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year, depending on experience and negotiable.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development of secure, scalable features from concept through deployment.
- Own backend architecture and make technical decisions aligned with healthcare industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions supporting business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and technical roadmaps covering feasibility, timelines, and resources.
- Use AI/LLMs to support complex workflows, evaluate model outputs, and optimize AI-assisted processes.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a senior role.
- Extensive Symfony experience with strong knowledge of Doctrine ORM, Security, Event Dispatchers, and related components.
- Advanced practical experience with Domain-Driven Design and secure development for sensitive healthcare data.
- Strong React, MySQL, Docker, unit testing, and integration testing experience.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be based in the European Union; relocation support is not provided.
