AI-Native Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; onsite. U.S. Person status is required.

Salary: $105,000–$140,000–$154,000 annually for positions within Colorado; other locations may have different market-driven ranges.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack cloud-native applications.
• Build applications with Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, Python/FastAPI, and related frontend technologies.
• Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and production software following engineering standards.
• Build and operate AWS applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Solution Architecture from specifications through production deployment.
• Apply AI-assisted, agentic development practices to implementation, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and engineering automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native software applications.
• Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python/FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, modern software design, Agile development, and engineering best practices.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, GCP, or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, specification-driven development, AI agents, or AI-enabled developer workflows.
