Senior AI Software Engineer (AI/full-stack): Building production-ready enterprise applications by combining AI design tools, modern frontend frameworks, backend services, and design systems with an accent on AI-augmented development, accessibility, scalability, and secure architecture. Focus on defining technical standards, integrating Figma systems with automated workflows, designing RESTful APIs, and mentoring teams across the concept-to-production pipeline.
Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina; São Paulo, Brazil; or San José, Costa Rica

What you will do
- Lead the adoption of AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, and Lovable to accelerate application development.
- Define technical standards for scalable, performant, accessible, production-ready full-stack applications.
- Integrate Figma design systems and design tokens with AI-driven development workflows.
- Oversee Jira-based delivery workflows, technical documentation, backend services, databases, and authentication frameworks.
- Design RESTful APIs and backend services using platforms such as Supabase.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, UX Design, AI Builders, and Innovation teams while mentoring developers.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of full-stack development experience, including 3+ years in a management capacity.
- Professional experience implementing AI design tools and workflow automation in engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in React, Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, Python, PHP, and Node.
- Expert knowledge of design systems, design tokens, CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, and Figma component libraries.
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, deployment workflows, enterprise security, REST, GraphQL, databases, OAuth, and JWT.
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership of complex full-stack applications built with AI-augmented methodologies.
