Senior Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in Arlington, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, document, and support web applications, internal tools, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Build responsive applications using Vue.js, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and maintain Retool applications, workflow solutions, dashboards, and business process automation.
• Develop and secure RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations using Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable iPaaS platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, secure, and maintain applications and integration workloads on AWS.
• Collaborate with product, business analysis, QA, infrastructure, security, and development teams; troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least four years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, Vue.js or React, Python, PHP, RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Git, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, software architecture, application security, scalability, resiliency, and observability.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Bedrock, API Gateway, or ECS.
• Hands-on experience using AI and large language models to improve development productivity, automate workflows, and build intelligent software solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retool, Boomi, MuleSoft, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, AWS Bedrock, and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience balancing innovation with risk management and compliance in a regulated financial services environment.
