Senior Full Stack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement reusable agentic testing patterns for adoption across multiple teams.
• Create reference implementations for test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis assistance.
• Define test architecture, coverage standards, test plans, quality checklists, and metadata strategies across UI, API, and service layers.
• Build reporting pipelines that aggregate and normalize test and service data from microservices.
• Generate GenAI-driven release-readiness summaries and failure trend analysis.
• Develop automated review agents and integrate quality gates into GitHub workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a strong background in AI development.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents with multi-step reasoning and guardrails.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, pull request checks, and GitHub APIs.
• Advanced test automation experience with Karate and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of happy-path, negative, edge, and boundary test design.
• Experience aggregating microservice and pipeline results and validating requirements for clarity and completeness.
