Branch Manager (Consumer Finance)

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States. Office-based role with regular in-person attendance, occasional local travel, and possible extended or weekend hours.

Salary: $41,600–$50,000 per year, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, outbound calling, and product promotion.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to minimize losses and maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for results.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, customer concerns, bank runs, and business decisions supporting branch performance.

Requirements

• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of a management training program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing and independently perform required bank runs.
• Experience with sales, portfolio growth, profitability, lending, collections, customer account decisions, or branch operations.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment involving customer outreach, collections, sales, and frequent in-person customer interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer finance, banking, retail banking, lending, credit, insurance, tax preparation, or similar financial services.
• Experience growing customer portfolios, generating new business, and achieving sales or profitability goals.
