Branch Manager (Financial Services)

Location: On-site in Madison, Wisconsin, United States; Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

hirify.global provides personal loans, credit cards, and other financial products to nonprime customers through a nationwide branch network.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present appropriate lending options.
• Lead team meetings, align employees with branch goals, and motivate high performance.
• Train and coach employees on branch operations, compliance, collections, and customer service.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers develop solutions for overdue accounts.
• Recruit and develop diverse talent while providing actionable feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational issues, follow policies and regulations, and collaborate with peers and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within six months of starting where required.
• Ability to work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• College degree, or experience with underwriting, credit decisions, or a related financial industry.
