Branch Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Waxahachie, Texas, United States; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Lead branch operations and create a customer-focused environment where lending options are presented clearly.
• Conduct team meetings, align employees with branch goals, and motivate high performance.
• Train and coach employees on operations, compliance, collections, and service standards.
• Oversee collection activities, consult with customers about overdue accounts, and develop practical repayment solutions.
• Attract, develop, and retain a diverse team while providing actionable feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers and management, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain adherence to policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and team management.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within six months of starting.
• Preferred: college degree or experience in underwriting, credit decisions, or a related financial industry.
