What you will do

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft.
  • Inspect engines, wings, propellers, tails, mechanical systems, hoses, and other components for defects.
  • Read maintenance manuals, blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications to complete repairs and installations.
  • Test engines and operating systems and resolve mechanical issues reported by inspections, pilots, or crew.
  • Repair sheet metal, replace defective or recalled parts, and verify proper aircraft operation before flight.
  • Estimate labor and materials, manage assigned work, and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and age 18 or older.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required.
  • Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, FAA regulations, IPM, and ATA codes.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of federal identification.
  • English proficiency required for reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
  • Must be available for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a background check and FAA-compliant pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

Nice to have

  • 4–7 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Prior experience with Corridor.
  • Business corporate jet experience.
  • Scissor lift or forklift certification.
