Location: On-site in Mobile Area, Alabama, United States. Requires current U.S. work authorization, rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Program: 180-day DoD SkillBridge placement for active-duty service members within 180 days of separation with written authorization from a commander at O-4 level or above.

designs, manufactures, and delivers aerospace products, services, and solutions, with a U.S. manufacturing facility producing A320 Family and A220 aircraft.
What you will do
- Perform functional test procedures and pre- and post-flight inspections for aircraft test-flight and delivery readiness.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and repair aircraft structures, components, and systems using approved aircraft data.
- Maintain and rework landing gear, flight controls, anti-icing, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and ventilation systems.
- Service and repair cabin interior components and complete aircraft maintenance activities.
- Prepare documentation according to company procedures.
- Use aircraft jigs, tooling, test equipment, and perform refueling, defueling, jacking, and towing operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of aviation experience, preferably in aviation manufacturing, MRO, or military aviation.
- Valid Airframe License and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.
- Vocational or technical school credentials and the ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and engineering data.
- Must be eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program and have current U.S. work authorization.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport and meet the physical requirements for confined spaces, elevated work, aircraft production areas, and lifting up to 55 lb/25 kg.
Nice to have
- Military aircraft maintenance experience in airframe, powerplant, hydraulics, flightline, or aviation quality assurance specialties.
- Training in application tools and application techniques from a vocational school, military program, or previous employer.
