Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Customer Line)

hirify.global manufactures A320 Family aircraft at its U.S. facility in Mobile and supports aircraft production through customer delivery.

What you will do

• Manage aircraft maintenance activities from the flightline phase through handover and final customer delivery.
• Act as the technical focal point for anomalies, open items, non-conformities, quality logbook items, and other customer-line issues.
• Create, monitor, and maintain standard and non-standard work orders, technical work instructions, and aircraft storage procedures.
• Provide technical support to flightline technicians and manufacturing teams across mechanical, electrical, systems, cabin, and structures areas.
• Coordinate workshare, replacement parts, tooling, directed changes, continuous improvement actions, and delivery milestones.
• Communicate with hirify.global manufacturing sites and support internal and external audits, including EASA-related audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of hirify.global experience with a degree and 5 years of industry experience, or equivalent non-degree experience requirements.
• Knowledge of aircraft components, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, manufacturing engineering methods, supply chain, and quality management.
• Ability to understand and review Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, drawings, non-conformities, and design query notes.
• Current U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this U.S. position.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally less than 5% of the time.

Nice to have

• hirify.global manufacturing engineering experience or hands-on aircraft maintenance and avionics experience, preferably with an A&P license.
• Knowledge of hirify.global processes and tools, including Zamiz, TAKSY, DocMaster, ECM, and SAP.
• Experience with hirify.global training courses, aircraft design and manufacturing rules, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
