Senior Mechanical Aircraft Technician - H145 FAL (2nd Shift)

Location: Columbus, Mississippi; 98% onsite. Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Candidates must be US Persons under the ITAR definition.

hirify.global Helicopters designs, manufactures, assembles, and services helicopters and aerospace systems, including aircraft for military, civil, and commercial customers.

What you will do

• Fabricate, repair, install, and maintain aircraft parts and helicopters on the H145 Final Assembly Line.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, diagrams, vendor manuals, service manuals, and other technical source data.
• Use standard and specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices, and test equipment.
• Ensure completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.
• Coordinate with the assigned lead and other departments on schedules, priorities, parts, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience as an aviation mechanic.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams and apply shop practices to aircraft fabrication, repairs, and modifications.
• Must qualify as a US Person under ITAR: US citizen, green card holder, or person covered by an existing ITAR license.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Mississippi, including production-floor physical requirements and required personal protective equipment.
