Senior Fullstack Engineer (Laravel)

Location: Remote; Czech Republic, Ukraine, Poland, or UK preferred. A Prague office is available.

What you will do

• Investigate production incidents using logs, metrics, request flows, and job flows; identify affected customers and verify fixes.
• Keep queues and webhook delivery reliable at high volume, handling retries, duplicate events, rate limits, worker failures, and backpressure.
• Reverse engineer and maintain integrations for authentication, posting, messaging, media, and analytics.
• Unify multiple platforms behind a consistent API and keep documentation, SDKs, and MCP tools aligned.
• Build dashboards and internal tools with Laravel 13, Inertia, and React.
• Improve database queries, worker capacity, scheduling, tests, and API abuse protection.

Requirements

• Professional experience shipping and maintaining Laravel applications used by real users.
• Strong React experience; Inertia experience is helpful but not required.
• Production experience operating queue or worker systems at substantial volume, including concurrency, retries, duplicate execution, backpressure, and throughput limits.
• Experience investigating production incidents and proving that fixes work using concrete evidence and measurements.
• Experience reverse engineering APIs or web clients, including HTTP headers, cookies, request signing, TLS fingerprints, and rate limits.
• Independent problem-solving, clear communication, early escalation of blockers, and regular use of AI with verification of its output.

Nice to have

• Proxy infrastructure, published SDKs, OpenAPI, MCP tools, security testing, PostHog, or creator-platform experience.
• Public code or explainable contributions to confidential commercial work.
