  • Experience with capacity models, line layouts, value stream maps, CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
  • Experience with engineering change orders, product and procedure updates, BOMs, DFX collaboration, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, machining, welding, grinding, bending, and precision tooling or fixture fabrication.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Robotics development and New Product Introduction experience.
  • Experience with PLM systems such as Arena or Enovia and MES platforms such as Tulip or Delmia.
  • Experience transitioning research designs into products and working on low-volume or high-mix production.
  • Experience with quality systems, process control, 8D, and RCCA frameworks.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, mission-driven, and values-focused robotics environment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Test, OPM, design, and production teams.
  • Hands-on work supporting prototype builds and direct manufacturing floor operations.
