Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily

Location: Tampa, Florida, USA; regular outdoor work between properties and up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary: $27.20–$32.00

What you will do

• Prepare market-ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests and provide professional customer service.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance, painting, and life-safety systems.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Schedule and document preventive maintenance, emergency on-call procedures, and maintenance activities.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues and comply with housing laws, safety policies, and local requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational education.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA 608 certification, minimum Type II; CPO or another locally required certificate may also be required.
• Ability to work any shift from Sunday through Saturday and perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors between buildings and properties in varying weather conditions.
