Apartment Maintenance Technician - Broadleaf at Holcomb #3

Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

Salary: $21–$24 per hour, plus potential monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and related systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts and adapt to seasonal community needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
