Maintenance Technician (Property Maintenance)

Location: On-site at a defined property portfolio in and around Gorham, Maine, United States

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventative repairs across apartments, buildings, and grounds.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and light carpentry work.
• Respond to resident maintenance needs and support safe, comfortable living environments.
• Complete assigned work orders independently and record completion using company applications.
• Collaborate with property management and participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, general apartment and building repairs.
• Mechanical aptitude, reliability, independence, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills when working in occupied apartments.
• Experience using cellular phones and work-related applications.
• Availability for a shared rotating on-call schedule.
• Reliable vehicle for daily transportation; mileage reimbursement is provided.
