Apartment Maintenance Technician - Citigate Apartment Homes

Location: Onsite at Citigate Apartments in Jacksonville, FL, USA

Salary: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with potential customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250 per month

What you will do

• Provide professional customer service to residents and support fellow maintenance team members.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in readiness.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, carpentry, and general building-system components.
• Complete service requests safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, vendor management, and quality-control activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in scheduled on-call rotations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, with flexible evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
