Apartment Maintenance Technician - Sirona #3

Location: Onsite at the Sirona apartment community in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, GA

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, plus monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare homes for incoming residents.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other maintenance technicians when needed.
• Support vendor quality management and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, seven-day workweeks, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
