Maintenance Technician (Property Maintenance)

Location: On-site at properties in Hampton Falls and Exeter, New Hampshire

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with opportunity for overtime pay

What you will do

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventative repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Maintain property buildings and grounds to support safety, comfort, and quality living environments.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and light carpentry tasks.
• Respond to resident maintenance needs and work professionally in occupied apartments.
• Complete assigned work orders and record work through company applications.
• Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Ability or willingness to learn general apartment and building repairs.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Experience using a company-issued cellular phone and work-related applications.
• Reliable vehicle required for daily transportation; mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Availability for a shared rotating on-call schedule is required.
