What you will do
- Support strategic network transformation portfolios by aligning programmes, priorities and plans with business objectives.
- Prepare portfolio insight, reporting and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, roadmaps, milestones and KPIs.
- Build relationships with delivery, commercial and PMO teams to strengthen collaboration and governance.
- Improve portfolio management processes, standards, tools and ways of working, including Jira.
- Support delivery excellence, data-led decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive project experience across processes, methodologies and ways of working.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing and maintaining project or portfolio management processes and governance tools.
Nice to have
- Experience using data and analytics to generate insights and improve portfolio performance.
- Change management or process improvement experience.
