Technical Project Manager (Agile/Scrum)

What you will do

• Stand up technology projects by defining scope, objectives, success metrics, governance models, and ways of working.
• Create and maintain project governance artifacts, including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, decision logs, and integrated plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths, and competing priorities across workstreams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and governance forums, including steering committees, working sessions, and executive reviews.
• Drive project closure through operational transition, knowledge transfer, post-launch planning, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of technology stacks and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience using Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or another relevant certification.
• Experience in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments.
