Staff Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

hirify.global is hiring for its Finance Division – Accounting to support Record to Report processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead the full-lifecycle Record to Report implementation, including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Run cross-functional workshops and translate current-state Finance processes into future-state Oracle Fusion Cloud workflows and functional specifications.
• Oversee migration and validation of financial master data, open balances, and historical transaction data.
• Manage day-to-day delivery with the systems integration partner, including scope, quality, milestones, risks, and vendor accountability.
• Drive user readiness through change management, training, super-user development, post-go-live support, and quarterly Oracle Cloud release adoption.
• Own ongoing Record to Report process optimization, integration health, automation, roadmap development, and enhancement prioritization.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems and 10+ years working with financial applications.
• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Allocations, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading the Record to Report business process.
• Experience with Finance functional areas, vendor and stakeholder management, project delivery, data analysis, and systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage role-based access, segregation-of-duties controls, SOX requirements, audit readiness, and sensitive financial data.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environments.
• Experience with Concur, Avalara, Coupa, Floqast, Oracle Integration Cloud, or other ERP boundary systems.
