What you will do

• Own end-to-end configuration management for core Finance systems including Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, and Qlik.
• Maintain SOX ITGCs and application-level controls, partnering with Internal Audit on walkthroughs and control design improvements.
• Optimize month-end close SLA infrastructure, including tracking frameworks and latency measurement.
• Lead system-side delivery for automation initiatives, translating business requirements into technical configurations and workflow designs.
• Identify and deploy AI capabilities within the close and controls domain to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Act as the primary systems authority for Finance leadership, Engineering partners, and External Audit.

Requirements

• 7+ years in business or finance systems roles supporting Finance operations at a large, complex company.
• Hands-on configuration expertise in at least two of the following: Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, or Qlik.
• Proven ownership of SOX ITGC controls and experience with formal change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Qlik, or similar reporting tools for data validation.
• Active and demonstrated practice using AI tools to accelerate productivity and work quality.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently from requirements through deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Plan to Perform transformation programs or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) migration.
• Applied AI expertise, including prompt engineering for documentation or workflow design.
• Experience supporting earnings releases or external reporting in a public company environment.
• CPA or CISA certification.
