Transport Compliance Trainer

What you will do

• Deliver operational training covering driver dispatch, debriefing, and tachograph data management.
• Lead practical yard-based vehicle check training to support regulatory and safety compliance.
• Support onboarding through site tours, yard training, and general inductions.
• Deliver systems training for Tacho, Continuum, TMS, and Paragon.
• Work with Transport Quality and Compliance Managers to create and implement improved ways of working.
• Coordinate essential office training, including manual handling, risk assessments, and transport courses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in transport operations.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and CPC requirements.
• Experience with transport systems such as Tachomaster, Microlise, and licence checks.
• Confidence designing and delivering training.
• Ability to conduct practical, site-based transport and vehicle-check training.
