Training & Launch Associate (Restaurant Operations): Training and launching 4–5 kitchen sites per week across the UK, covering food preparation, presentation, and Growth Kitchen and brand-specific playbooks with an accent on hands-on kitchen operations and launch execution. Focus on coordinating multiple launches, travelling between sites, training newly met teams, and handing over live kitchens to Account Managers.
Location: Remote in the United Kingdom, with significant weekly travel to kitchen sites across the UK

What you will do
- Travel across the UK to deliver 4–5 kitchen trainings per week.
- Train kitchen teams on food preparation, presentation, and and brand-specific playbooks.
- Prepare the following week's launches while executing the current week's launch schedule.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to hand over newly launched kitchens.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to report field issues, share feedback, and improve the launch process.
- Represent operational standards professionally in kitchen sites.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in restaurants or professional kitchens is essential.
- Must be comfortable with significant weekly travel across the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong organisation, self-sufficiency, communication, and team-training abilities.
- Adaptability, resilience, and willingness to work flexible hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Motivation to learn, take ownership, and progress into Account Management.
