Warehouse Trainer

Location: Bischofsheim bei Frankfurt, Germany; on-site

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees.
• Train employees across warehouse departments, processes, and newly introduced procedures.
• Support the creation and improvement of training materials and methods.
• Provide feedback, motivate employees, identify support needs, and create practical improvement plans.
• Check compliance with warehouse rules and processes and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Work with managers on training progress and employee development while providing everyday guidance on the warehouse floor.

Requirements

• At least one year of training experience; warehouse or operations experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work with people.
• Open-minded, hands-on, structured, attentive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure, able to make quick and fair decisions, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable using apps, tools, and new technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English or German is required.

• Warehouse or operations background.
• Additional foreign languages.
