Training Consultant (Healthcare Software)

What you will do

• Identify and solve client and end-user challenges through clear, concise training methodologies.
• Create engaging product documentation and training content using multiple media formats.
• Deliver remote and onsite training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, and facility setup.
• Build expertise in products and partner integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support implementation and managed services teams in training new customers and explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, product management, or training.
• Ability to develop and deliver multimodal communications for audiences with different needs.
• Ability to actively learn and apply lessons from both successes and failures.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
