TL;DR
Training Specialist (Digital Adoption): Designing and delivering learning experiences, training sessions, and workshops that help employees adopt new technologies, IT services, and ways of working with an accent on stakeholder advisory, capability building, and organizational change. Focus on tailoring enablement solutions to regional needs, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and translating complex digital workplace topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.

What you will do
- Design and deliver learning experiences, training sessions, workshops, and coaching for new technologies, IT services, and ways of working.
- Advise stakeholders on learning, adoption, and change strategies that support business goals and value realization.
- Engage with business users to understand capability needs and tailor enablement solutions to audiences, priorities, and regional requirements.
- Support mergers and acquisitions through onboarding, capability building, and technology adoption activities.
- Help employees navigate change and maximize the value of digital workplace technologies and business applications.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering communication, training, learning, or capability-building initiatives supporting change and technology adoption.
- Experience with organizational change, technology adoption, or user enablement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, advisory, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with digital workplace technologies, IT services, or related business applications.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good understanding of modern digital workplace technologies, Microsoft 365, and AI.
