What you will do
- Drive commercial performance, customer journeys, and site trading for Premium Brands across and Seasons.co.uk.
- Optimise search, navigation, product listing pages, product detail pages, and the full conversion funnel through daily trading reviews and site walks.
- Monitor user behaviour, analytics, sales performance, conversion, Add to Bag rates, and returns while leading a Test & Learn strategy.
- Own style guides, allowables, and customer-facing product attribution, and educate third-party clients on attribution standards.
- Manage relationships and trade terms with key brands, support brand onboarding, and coordinate with Marketing on promotions and customer-facing content.
- Lead AI, automation, data, development, UX, SEO, content, and external-platform initiatives, while line-managing a team and deputising for the Brands Business Owner.
Requirements
- Experience as a Trading Manager or Senior Trading Manager in eCommerce or retail.
- Strong understanding of analytics, user behaviour, eCommerce trends, and data-driven commercial strategy.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with third-party platforms and vendors.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and eCommerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
