Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for onboarding, monetization, and conversational agent interaction flows.
• Define and execute product strategy using data, user research, and behavioral insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth to ship and iterate quickly.
• Set and optimize success metrics including activation, retention, and revenue.
• Translate user psychology into simple, high-quality product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2C products, ideally consumer applications or AI products.
• Experience scaling products from zero to millions of users.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• High attention to detail and strong product quality standards.
• Understanding of human psychology and user behavior.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational or AI-native products.
