What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes and delivery roadmaps.
• Maintain focus on initiatives that create the greatest customer and commercial value.
• Partner with Finance to define, track and validate benefits and investment outcomes.
• Work with EPMO and senior leaders to govern initiatives, manage trade-offs and remove delivery barriers.
• Lead the approach to AI adoption, identifying, prioritising and scaling use cases that improve customer experience, productivity and commercial performance.
• Work with Technology, Data and business teams to embed scalable AI solutions and move from pilots to measurable impact.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale strategic delivery, execution or value-creation programmes in a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and a record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, finance, technology and operational teams.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, priorities and actions.
• Strong stakeholder management, senior-leader influence and accountability-driving skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled change and a strong interest in creating business value through technology.
