An eCommerce retail business with a growing data team supporting marketing, personalisation, commercial strategy, and customer experience.
What you will do
- Partner with marketing, personalisation, commercial, and wider business teams to identify analytical opportunities and gather project requirements.
- Query and analyse large transactional, demographic, and online datasets to uncover trends and build detailed customer profiles.
- Develop customer segmentations and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and audience targeting.
- Measure campaign performance and present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify data-driven opportunities for personalisation and improvements to the customer journey.
Requirements
- Background in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, campaign measurement, or a similar area.
- Experience analysing digital customer journeys, marketing effectiveness, or personalisation strategies.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with A/B testing analysis and experimental design.

- Knowledge of Databricks and BigQuery.
